Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on local real estate markets, including property values, trends, and competitor analysis
• Assist in analysing financial statements, investment performance metrics, and cash flow projections for potential acquisitions and valuation exercises
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarising research findings and investment recommendations
• Provide administrative assistance to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and preparing documentation
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or any other related disciplines
• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails
• Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments
