Job Description

The intern will be responsible for the following:

• Compiling and analysing portfolio-related metrics, conducting financial and valuation modelling to support decision making
• Assisting in preparing reporting materials and internal presentations, maintaining internal databases and collating data for ESG-related requirements
• Participating in the implementation of asset management initiatives and asset performance monitoring to identify areas of improvement

Job Requirements

We are looking for an energetic and driven candidate with a strong interest in real estate investment.

• 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate studying towards a degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or another related subject. Master’s students can also apply.
• Keen interest in the real estate investment field and willingness to learn
• Team player
• Strong Excel modelling and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
