Continuous Improvement Specialist, Supplies Department

Responsibilities

• Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline processes within the Supplies Department.
• Collaborate with external parties to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of key processes within the Supplies Department.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain measurement of key performance indicators within the Supplies Department.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
• Responsible for ad hoc, general operational, administrative and continuous improvement functions of the Supplies Department when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Basic knowledge of Data Analytics
• Knowledge and familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
