Part Time CSO

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Part Time CSO.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily operations in the Wealth Centre’s Bar, ensuring smooth communication between teams
• Understand all beverage items ordered, including ingredients, preparation methods and proper service
• Ensure that all beverage services are provided in an efficient and pleasant manner to guarantee guests enjoy a positive overall experience
• Ensure silverware and chinaware are in good condition
• Maintain a culture in compliance with HSBC’s values
• Provide support for company events, which may occasionally require weekend duties
• Assist with ad hoc duties when assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset with commitment to delivering quality service
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Eager to learn with a positive attitude
• Strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Holder of the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or holder of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or holder of associate degree, higher diploma or degree from a tertiary institution
• Candidate with barista experience is preferred
