Job Description

We seek a well-rounded individual who understands customer needs and advises on the best-suited banking solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand and assess customer needs to recommend tailored solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
  • Support the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on the status of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency and achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
  • Initiative-driven, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Effective communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
