Retail Deposits Intern

As an intern, you will work closely with the Retail Deposits team.

Responsibilities

Product Management

• Provide administrative support for product campaigns, including reconciliation, fulfilment, and tracking results.
• Support product managers with daily duties such as reporting, updating templates, and competitor analysis.
• Participate in projects and strategic initiatives, including market research, use cases, and process flows.

Campaign Management

• Help coordinate marketing campaigns across different customer segments.
• Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting.
• Prepare and organize training materials, internal communications, and campaign updates.

Operational and Process Management

• Support in the preparation and maintenance of standard operational processes and workflows.

Data and Analytical Work

• Perform data collation, analyze post-campaign results, and share insights to support decision-making for future campaigns.

Regulatory Compliance

• Adhere to applicable regulatory requirements, compliance obligations, laws, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Undergraduate studies in any discipline (Business, Finance, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and manipulate datasets logically and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute tasks independently and meticulously.
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities when given ownership of tasks.
• Adaptable, innovative, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Gain practical exposure to Retail Deposits operations, product management, and strategic initiatives within a leading financial institution.
• Receive briefing and training on essential banking protocols, including banking secrecy, PDPA, and confidentiality standards.
• Build professional skills in project management, campaign coordination, and data analysis.
• Develop an understanding of how different functions within Wealth Management and Consumer Banking work together to deliver integrated solutions.
• The intern must be able to commit for 4–6 months from December 2026 under credit-bearing arrangements.
