What You Do
- Solicit new business loan opportunities through active acquisition of unsecured loan products.
- Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand and provide prudent financial solutions supporting their growth.
- Demonstrate strong credit acumen with the ability to mitigate financing risks to maintain a robust credit portfolio.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
Who You Work With
- SME Owners: Engage directly with SME owners to understand their financing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to ensure loan offerings and application processes are sound and efficient.
- Other Sales & Support Teams: Partner with colleagues across various teams to support additional banking needs customers may have.
How You Succeed
- Degree holder with a minimum of 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs.
- Take Initiative and Drive Results: Self-motivated and eager to contribute to business strategy by identifying new opportunities and challenges.
- Build Strong Relationships: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customers’ financial needs and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Demonstrate Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and assess company financials to propose sound financing solutions.
- Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities.
