What sets Wayflyer apart
Wayflyer raised a $76m Series A in May 2021, then reached unicorn status in February 2022 when a $150m Series B valued the Dublin-headquartered revenue-based financing platform at $1.6bn – Ireland's sixth unicorn.
The same year it added a $300m debt facility from J.P. Morgan to fund its lending book – venture equity plus bank debt, not equity alone. That funding mix is a durability signal worth weighing against an all-equity, earlier-stage startup. Open roles currently span five functions (Commercial, Credit, Legal, Revenue, Technology) across Dublin, London, Charlotte and Berlin at once, so evaluating Wayflyer means picking a function and city from several live options rather than applying into one fixed scheme.
