Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Guggenheim Partners, runs campus undergraduate programs that feed its full-time Analyst class:

• Summer Analyst Program (New York, Generalist)
• Investment Banking Intern, Technology & Services (London) – the London IB office was established in April 2023
• Sophomore FOCUS – a programme for second-year undergraduates combining mentoring and networking; participants are eligible for a Summer Analyst interview the following year
• Freshman Day on the Job – a first-year exposure event

The firm states that part of its full-time Analyst class is sourced from the internship program, so a candidate planning a full-time route into Guggenheim is also planning the sophomore-year FOCUS application – earlier-year pipeline work, not only a senior-year application.

The London investment banking office was established in April 2023, so European applicants are joining a recently-built bench rather than a long-established platform. A candidate who starts engaging Guggenheim as a freshman is on a different timeline than a senior-year applicant: the firm's published pipeline rewards earlier outreach.
