The final round is a two-day on-site at a DRW office with back-to-back technical and behavioural interviews, role-specific exercises, and team meetings. The loop is short enough to fit alongside the autumn bank deadlines, but the take-home probability/logic component and the in-person trading or coding exercises are not graspable from a generic banking-interview prep kit: a candidate running this in parallel with sell-side processes is preparing two distinct toolkits at once.

Function track is the first real decision: trader, researcher, and developer applications all enter the same pipeline but split at the technical challenge into a probability/logic test or a coding test, so a candidate undecided between trading and engineering is in effect choosing which take-home to prepare for.
