Go To Market (GTM) Operations Analyst Intern

Red Hat is seeking a Go To Market (GTM) Operations Analyst Intern to join our team in Singapore. You will collaborate closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience, working with a broader global team.

What You Will Do

• Collect and document input from Red Hat technology users, customers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs.
• Develop a competitive analysis by researching competitive solutions and documenting their relative strengths and weaknesses.
• Assist in developing standard sales performance reports and supporting sales pipeline management.
• Assist in providing data-driven insights to internal stakeholders, using internal tools and approved AI-powered tools to identify trends, build forecasts, and model optimizations for sales performance.
• Translate key findings into visualized presentations.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving GTM Operations tools, templates, and overall efficiency.
• Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive.

What You Will Bring

• Must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field from a tertiary institution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills.
• A passion and desire to create new things and examine how internal processes work.
• Natural curiosity and proven interest in using data for storytelling.
• Willingness to learn and proactively work as part of a wider team.
• Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship starting in January 2027 (start date based on university guidance).
