O&P Operations Team Overview

The O&P Operations (O&P Ops) team is a key pillar of the O&P function, responsible for ensuring compliance with global employment regulations. In collaboration with internal teams and service providers, we deliver critical HR services covering payroll, employee tax, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and people technology. The O&P Ops team actively seeks opportunities for process optimization and automation to drive continuous improvement and execution excellence.

As a member of the Group People Technology team, you will be instrumental in rolling out digital solutions—such as RPA, Power Automate, SaaS solutions, and analytics dashboards—and driving technology transformation within the Organisation & People function. Outstanding final year students may receive a contract job offer.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Analyst Focus

• Build new AI/ML use cases to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Use data analytics to explore, innovate, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage data ingestion into the Data Lake.
• Handle Data Governance: Track and monitor data quality and maintain the Data Dictionary.
• Research and utilize data to support the design and streamlining of HR processes.
• Support Reporting & Analytics, including management, regulatory reporting, dashboard creation, and HR data analytics.

Business Analyst Focus

• Participate in requirement gathering and testing during system implementation and deployment.
• Build new RPA and Power Automate use cases to enhance process efficiency.

Competencies Gained

The incumbent will gain experience in the following areas:

• Working knowledge of a SaaS SAP SuccessFactors human capital management system.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Practical experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power Automate.
• Experience working with SaaS data clouds such as Snowflake.
• Knowledge in driving process alignment, eliciting user requirements, process documentation, and testing/deployment of SaaS HRMS and other HR-related systems.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach and experience maintaining/updating databases with extensive datasets.
• Currently pursuing a degree or major in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar discipline.
• Proficiency in IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL), along with conversational knowledge of search engines, databases, and web scraping.
• Good communication skills.
• Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining, and updating reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Highly professional and discreet, capable of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding projects and HR information.
