Marketing Intern

Red Hat Marketing team is currently looking for a Marketing intern to join us in Singapore. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the marketing funnel. You will also have the opportunity to learn field marketing offers and tactics, develop knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio, and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, focusing on the Commercial Segment.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of ASEAN marketing campaigns on the ground using a range of field marketing tactics, including flagship events and virtual conferences.
• Provide operational support and KPI tracking by country/industry by collaborating with the performance analytics team to track program and investment ROI.
• Operationalize and track the content syndication program for ASEAN; understand paid media requirements and coordinate with the digital team.
• Prepare ASEAN cross-portfolio newsletter orchestration and reporting.
• Assist in paid media programs by supporting the execution of paid media campaigns, including display advertising, social media ads, and campaigns run with publishers.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
• Network with other talented interns in a workplace where you can be yourself and thrive.

Required Skills

• Full-time student working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions.
• Passion and willingness to support crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally.
• Willingness to learn and proactively work as part of a wider team.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months starting January 2027.
