Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-enabled dashboards and reports using tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, and Snowflake Cortex to deliver actionable business insights to a wide range of business users across the firm.
  • Build, maintain, and govern semantic models in Snowflake (metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, relationships) to enable consistent analytics and Cortex AI-powered insights.
  • Support the pioneering phase of a data analytics hub, enabling generation of insights, trends, anomalies, and variance analysis across multiple entities and systems using AI capabilities.
  • Develop and implement process automation, end-to-end automated data pipelines, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability of existing processes.
  • Ensure robust documentation on dashboard builds, automation logic, specifications, and user guides to support transparency, maintainability, and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and sustainability of analytics and automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and dashboard building; familiarity with common and AI data libraries (e.g., pandas, snowflake-ml-python) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, validation, and quality checks.
  • Ability to gather reporting and business requirements and translate them into dashboards and automated solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Streamlit preferred).
  • Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate or UiPath preferred).
  • Good communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities and demonstrated eagerness to learn.
  • Preferred: Experience building and maintaining governed semantic models/layers in Snowflake—translating business definitions into standardized metrics, dimensions, hierarchies, and relationships—with a strong focus on data quality, lineage, and governance to support reliable Cortex AI-powered analytics and consistent insight generation.
