Deal Architect Intern
Red Hat is seeking a Deal Architect Intern to join our Singapore team. Our Intern Program fosters a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team and intern managers, offering professional development, social engagement, networking opportunities, performance support, and meaningful work.
As a Deal Architect Intern, you will collaborate closely with mentors and managers to gain hands-on experience in enterprise software sales, commercial strategy, deal structuring, and the operational functions of a global technology business. We maintain a culture where diverse perspectives are welcomed, the best ideas are valued, and team members are empowered to contribute, encouraging both risk-taking and commitment.
What You Will Do
- Support Deal Architects in the development, review, and execution of customer deals across the APAC region.
- Assist in analyzing deal structures, pricing, discounts, contract terms, and various commercial scenarios.
- Prepare deal analyses, financial models, presentations, business cases, and supporting materials required for internal approvals.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to advance deals, execute customer agreements, and manage commercial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive deal documentation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance deal processes, improve tools and templates, and boost operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and analysis on market, customer, pricing, and commercial trends relevant to APAC.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to deal strategy, sales operations, and commercial transformation.

What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computing, Law, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
- Interest in open source technology and/or software business models.
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
- Strong English communication skills. Additional APAC language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months starting January 2027.
