Job Responsibilities

• Execute corporate advisory transactions, including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers, and delistings.
• Liaise with clients and other professional parties to oversee financial, legal, and commercial due diligence for IPO transactions.
• Review and assist in the preparation of transaction documents for IPO and advisory engagements.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, information memoranda, and investor roadshow marketing materials.
• Conduct macroeconomic, industry, and company-specific research.

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
• 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a proven track record in IPO deal execution on the SGX or Bursa Malaysia are preferred.
• Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner.
• Strong work ethic, excellent learning and work attitude, and independent nature.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
