Role Overview
Be at the centre of PA’s hiring engine, supporting high-impact leadership hiring—primarily within the Senior Hires team and occasionally supporting other teams.
You will join a dynamic and impact-focused Talent Acquisition (TA) function of approximately 35, alongside a community of other TA administrators.
This role is crucial in helping to further improve our senior hiring processes and initiatives.
What You Can Expect
- Hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the London office to collaborate with the team, with flexibility for office attendance when required for candidates.
- Coordinate lengthy senior hire recruitment processes from initial interview through to verbal offer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during key interviews, ensuring a five-star interview experience across all channels (phone, email, Teams, in-person) with a personable approach.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager activities within our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to ensure smooth, timely processes across different time zones.
- Handle all interview logistics, including room bookings and scheduling feedback sessions.
- Leverage Excel and data to lead on reporting and drive continuous process improvements.
- Raise and track purchase orders for external agencies and search firms.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Requirements
- Proven comfort using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Microsoft Excel in previous roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced TA administrator (or similar) role supporting high-volume recruitment processes.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to quickly prioritise and re-prioritise workload as needed.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience using systems and data to improve operational processes.
