Role Experience Overview

Your summer role could involve:

• Being part of a meaningful project where your ideas and input matter—helping solve real business problems using the latest tech and tools, culminating in a project deliverable and showcase.
• Developing and implementing market-leading technology assets and services, focused on solutions that truly matter.
• Supporting the shaping of enterprise transformations enabled by technology platforms.
• Identifying and advising on process changes to drive the success of the transformation and optimize return on technology investment.
• Diving into varied assignments such as coding and testing, supporting data migrations, writing project documentation, and helping plan and track project timelines.
• Participating in client meetings, sharing updates, and exercising clear and confident communication in a professional business setting.
• Using research skills and learning resources to explore project-related topics and stay relevant with trends shaping the tech industry.
• Collaborating in-person with your team, clients, and company leaders to build relationships, learn from others, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

AI Native Summer Analyst

The AI Native Analyst is an early-career, uncertified technical analyst role designed for individuals developing foundational skills in AI system design, LLM-based architectures, and responsible AI. Hired with a clear hire-to-train model, this role develops into a client-facing, full-stack, AI-native engineer embedded directly in delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities (AI Native)

• Design, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions to optimize AI's output quality across diverse client projects.
• Identify, prioritize, and document high-impact opportunities for AI integration across client projects (e.g., customer support, research, legal review, software development).
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness, accuracy, and ROI of AI-powered workflows, presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support API integrations, tool use implementations, and agentic workflow design using Anthropic's platform.

Ways of Working (AI Native)

We are looking for candidates who actively and frequently use AI in their day-to-day work or studies. Successful candidates must demonstrate practical, everyday examples of how they leverage AI, including the ability to write effective prompts, iterate on outputs, and adapt AI responses to solve real problems. Candidates should also demonstrate sound judgment when using AI, validate outputs, understand limitations, and show curiosity about how AI is reshaping modern software engineering.

Security Summer Analyst

This role supports complex enterprise transformations to drive business outcomes via technology services, heavily utilizing AI & Agentic capabilities in daily work.

Qualifications & Experience (Security Analyst)

• Strong ability to translate technical findings into business insights, both in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrated communication skills in past work or leadership experience (internships, part-time jobs, project lead roles, campus leadership).
• Demonstrated proficiency in 2-3 programming skills (e.g., Java, C/++, Python).
• Skills and experience in Artificial Intelligence design or data systems / network design.
• Published work on GitHub or SourceForge and/or experience in a Hackathon.
• Work or coursework experience with modern frameworks or emerging technologies.

The Role (Security Analyst)

• Gain hands-on experience in areas like OT/ICS security, penetration testing, and threat modeling to understand how cyber threats play out in different environments.
• Build skills with leading scanning tools and stay up to date with the latest security technologies, monitoring security breaches and investigating cyberattacks.
• Work alongside other cybersecurity experts to analyze data, assess risks, and determine the impact and level of risk for clients.
• Build and implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption.

Basic Qualifications (General)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology field (preferably Analytics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Quantitative Analytics, Software Engineering, Statistics, Technical Science) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Proficiency in a programming language such as R, Python, SQL, Java, C, or C++.
• Prior internship or work experience.
