About the Role

Accenture has exciting opportunities for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Data & AI practice, as part of the Complex Delivery and Data Consultancy capability. The team ensures that AI and data initiatives drive real business outcomes through disciplined, scalable and intelligent delivery leadership.

What You Will Learn

• How to deliver technical projects by developing project and Agile delivery practices.
• How to tailor communications for different audiences, facilitate effective workshops and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
• How to manage delivery activities end-to-end, including dependencies, risks and scope items.
• How data, AI and technology foundations can deliver value for clients, while developing your AI delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes, build robust business cases and shape solutions that align with client needs.
• Lead stakeholder analysis and process-mapping activities, translating client needs into clear requirements.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, create persuasive narratives, and adapt communications for delivery teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support product and project delivery using Agile processes and practices.
• Collaborate with data and technology specialists by interpreting data models, integration diagrams and platform documentation, and applying relevant industry context to solve client challenges.
• Work with AI assets and accelerators to reinvent client processes, progressing initiatives with support from Accenture specialists.

Required Experience and Skills

• Business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Stakeholder management.
• Project and product delivery.
• Data and enterprise architecture experience in an industry context.
• Data platform experience with tools such as Databricks, AWS or GCP.

Additional Experience

• AI development or delivery experience.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), BABOK® v3.
• Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®).
