Responsibilities

• Assist customers, brokers, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) by acting as an intermediary between internal StoneX departments, including risk, compliance, accounting, operations, and legal.
• Understand the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front-end trading platforms.
• Utilize StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Analyze customers' daily Profit and Loss (PNL) and margins.
• Run sample portfolios for potential clients using StoneX back-office systems.
• Monitor and assist with client margin and funding issues.
• Prepare and assist with marketing and internal documents.
• Develop current knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to Clearing and Execution Services (CES).
• Keep abreast of new developments in the relevant field.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external clients.
• Properly handle client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation to senior team members when necessary.
• Monitor and correct any trade breaks or errors.
• Address last trading day positions with clients, communicating with Risk and Compliance regarding the necessary action to liquidate a client’s position.

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2027 and August 2028 (entering the penultimate year of university).
• Availability for a June 2027 start date for an 8–10-week program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel).
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 - $40.00/hour (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

This role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, subject to business performance and management recommendations. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
