StoneX's Early Careers Program is structured as two named tracks: a summer Internship Program (2–6 months, open to undergraduates entering their final year) and a New Grad Program for recent graduates. Hires are placed across the firm's five business segments — Institutional, Retail, Commercial, Payments, and Corporate Functions — into roles such as software engineering, cybersecurity, IT governance and compliance, product management, UX design, and operations.
