What the Role Entails

This role focuses on PUBG Mobile in the WEU markets, specifically managing planning, campaign execution, and social & community support for PUBG Mobile WOW (UGC Maps) mode. The position supports WOW Mode planning and related local market projects, requires a deep understanding of mobile shooters and Gen Z users, and collaborates cross-team to drive social amplification, performance tracking, and business growth for PUBG Mobile in the WEU region.

• Support gameplay promotion planning for PUBG Mobile’s WOW module. This includes regular alignment and communication with headquarters, overseeing creator partnership programs, and delivering actionable suggestions for map mechanics planning to optimize module popularity among Western-European players.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns in the Western Europe market and coordinate with external vendors. This involves assisting in creative scripts and content production, participating in on-site execution for shootings or offline activities when required, to ensure all content aligns closely with in-game features and matches local user preferences.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis, including execution reviews, highlights, performance metrics, and key learnings. Organize and manage marketing assets, data, and project documentation.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor contracting and quotation follow-ups and documentation.

Who We Look For

• Passionate about gaming, with familiarity with battle royale or shooter mobile games.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Marketing, Communication, Gaming, Business, or related fields.
• Strong execution skills coupled with good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities; must be detail-oriented and responsible.
• Strong interest in marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and cross-cultural marketing; must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
