Your Opportunity

This is a 6-month off-cycle internship program running from January to July 2027. This program offers first-hand experience within our team, allowing you to discover what your future could look like with us through induction, on-the-job learning, skills training, and networking.

You will work closely with portfolio managers and research analysts in the Greater China team, focusing on investment research projects and data analysis. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in information gathering and meeting preparation.
• Conducting meetings with company management and sell-side analysts.
• Conducting ESG Engagement.
• Updating data files regularly for portfolio management.
• Developing expertise in data resources, such as Bloomberg/Factset, to aid the research process.
• Preparing client presentation decks and marketing materials.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Currently a university student at a tertiary institution in Hong Kong, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• Possesses an interest in mutual funds and a basic understanding of the asset management or private banking industry.
• Exceptional analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AI models and agents (e.g., CoPilot, models from OpenAI and Anthropic).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong team player.

Compensation and Benefits Notes:

Annual Bonus Opportunity: This position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool, which is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team, and individual performance.
