The Buy-out Fund of Funds team at Access is comprised of investment professionals located in Paris, London, Brussels, and Helsinki. We invest in both primary commitments (selecting the best performing buy-out funds in Europe) and secondary transactions (LP stakes and GP-leds).

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Buy-out Fund of Funds investment team. The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Supporting due diligence on primary commitments and secondary transactions
• Preparing investment recommendations
• Financial modelling
• Portfolio monitoring
• Developing and screening the pipeline of opportunities
• Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Graduation from a leading university or graduate school.
• Previous internship or full-time experience in private equity, investment banking, or transaction services at a leading audit firm.
• Solid understanding of private equity funds and corporate finance.
• Strong quantitative skills.
• Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of financial modelling are essential.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in other European languages would be an advantage.
• Intellectual rigour, with the ability to work efficiently and in an organised manner.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Valid working permit in the European Union (if applying for Paris) or the UK (if applying for London).
