Product Management Intern

As a Product Management Intern at Temasek, you will support the development and enhancement of internal AI products that improve business processes and user experiences. Working alongside product managers, engineers, designers and business stakeholders, you will gain exposure to the product development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and gathering requirements to testing solutions and measuring outcomes.

You will have opportunities to learn about investment workflows, agentic AI technologies and product management practices while contributing to custom-built products and agentic automation solutions developed on an AI platform. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys problem-solving and is eager to develop business and technical skills in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to co-deliver digital initiatives relating to data, investment platforms and other digital initiatives.
• Be deeply involved in the delivery phase of the assigned product, including Scrum ceremonies, solutioning, ideation and product backlog grooming, and co-own the product backlog.
• Work with business teams to understand business requirements and with development teams to translate those requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support product managers in tracking and analysing programme metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Own the evaluation loop for a product by building and maintaining the golden test set, running evaluation cycles and triaging issues.

Requirements

• Be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 20 weeks. Candidates able to commit to a full-time, five-day-per-week internship or a minimum of four days per week are strongly preferred.
• Be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in product management, AI, digital products and technology-driven solutions.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down business challenges into structured requirements.
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
• Be able to analyse data, track metrics and derive insights from user feedback.
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
