Job Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with institutional clients including banks, asset managers, and insurance companies.
• Develop new Financial Technology products in response to market needs and financial innovations.
• Lead product development and iteration processes in partnership with the Algorithm and Technology Team.
• Understand, synthesize, and develop marketing plans for the firm's systematic investment strategies.
• Represent the firm in various capacities, including at large public events and in front of investors.
• Participate in the firm's overseas expansion projects, including in Japan and Singapore.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in Finance/Economics or a related discipline.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Passion for the Fintech and asset management industry.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and work independently.
• Familiarity with financial market theory and the financial system.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
