Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our Supply Chain Business Analysis team.

• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and order fulfillment, applying discretion and judgment with minimum supervision.
• Compile key metrics, produce reports, and analyze data using IT systems or AI tools for process improvement in delivery metric activities.
• Review current business processes for regional and global business unit planning teams.
• Review performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across countries within a region.
• Typically partner with high-level Individual Contributors.
• Support small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support integration projects across ERP, WMS, and planning systems.
• Assist in AI/ML-driven initiatives such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Identify and support automation opportunities in planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and project outcomes.
• Participate in process mapping, documentation, and testing activities.
• Collaborate across functions to support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Able to commit a minimum duration of 6 months on a full-time basis.
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, or integration workflows (preferred).
