HPE welcomes more than 1,000 interns globally each year and runs early-careers intake across ten function areas. Named programs disclosed on firm-owned pages include:

• Global Workplace PREP — a two-year graduate rotational program of four 6-month rotations, three inside Global Workplace and one outside it, with final placement set by interest, skills, and business need rather than at offer
• Sister rotational programs — Global IT, Global Procurement, and Global Security each run their own graduate rotational tracks

The breadth means a candidate is choosing among non-equivalent paths: a two-year rotation commits the next 24 months to a defined arc, while a country-specific internship is a fixed-length project assignment. The program label, not the function alone, sets the shape of the commitment.

HPE's students and graduates page states: "We accept applications year-round. Our programs have rolling deadlines, which means we evaluate applications as they arrive." A parallel statement on the corporate site confirms the rolling model; there is no published cohort-wide opening or closing date for the global program, and individual postings appear and close on their own schedule. For an applicant, the practical consequence is timing rather than waiting: a candidate who applies the week a role posts is read before one who pauses for an "intake window" that does not exist, and a desired role can fill while a calendar-driven peer firm is still accepting applications.
