The U.S. Software and Services team provides full-service investment banking and principal investment solutions to clients globally, with offices in New York and Chicago. What Role Will You Play?

You will be responsible for assisting our clients in meeting their financial and strategic needs. This involves participating in the full execution of advisory, capital raising, and principal transactions, while pursuing new business opportunities and servicing existing portfolio investments, including debt and equity positions.

What You Offer (Qualifications)

  • 1–4 years of experience in investment banking (Software, Business Services, or Technology, Media/Telecom M&A experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications and financial modeling.
  • An understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $175,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
