Participants will gain deeper insight into the firm, hear directly from senior leaders, and network with bankers. Select attendees will be offered a guaranteed first-round interview for Ardea Partners’ 2028 summer internship program.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Applicants are expected to possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional academic credentials.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• An analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• A solid understanding of financial statements and commercial acumen.
• Maturity and comfort working within a fast-paced, demanding, and collaborative environment.
• A demonstrable interest in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

To qualify as a participant for Ardea’s 2026 Women’s Insight Day in New York, you must:

1. Identify as a female student.
2. Be enrolled in an undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029.
