Internship Opportunity at Zaoui & Co.

Zaoui & Co. is offering a top-tier candidate a 6-month internship based in Mayfair, London. Exceptional interns may be offered the opportunity to join the firm on a full-time basis following the completion of the internship.

Zaoui & Co. was established in 2013 by Michael Zaoui (former Co-Head of European Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley) and Yoël Zaoui (former Co-Head of Global Mergers and Acquisitions at Goldman Sachs). Since inception, the team has advised clients on transactions worth over $280bn. Notable deals include Lafarge’s merger with Holcim, GlaxoSmithKline’s transactions with Novartis, Alcatel-Lucent’s merger with Nokia, the merger of PSA and Fiat Chrysler, Elis’ acquisition of Berendsen, and several major acquisitions and sales involving major corporations.

Candidate Requirements

This role is open to students who have achieved at least a 2.1 in an aligned subject (UK equivalent).

Essential Skills and Experience

• Fluency in English and either Italian or French.
• Previous experience completing at least one M&A internship.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Proven ability to work independently.
