In this role, you will independently solve problems and develop subject matter expertise while contributing to discussions and delivering effective solutions. You will provide AV and IT troubleshooting in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

AV and Event Technology

• Set up, troubleshoot, deploy, decommission and upgrade AV equipment.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex AV issues and event-space technology.
• Liaise with global teams and external vendors on testing, fixes and onsite engineering.
• Maintain AV documentation, training guides and usage reports.
• Deliver AV training sessions and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

IT Support and LTS Operations

• Provide advanced IT troubleshooting for laptops, peripherals and performance issues.
• Deliver frontline and escalated support through walk-ups, the Service Desk and meeting rooms.
• Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets and own incidents through to resolution.
• Provide Solutions Bar and in-office support when required.

Asset and Inventory Management

• Support the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuing, returns, loans and disposals.
• Maintain asset accuracy to meet global KPIs.
• Manage chargebacks, track consumables and produce inventory reports.

Process, Documentation and Improvement

• Document and improve IT and AV processes and standard operating procedures.
• Produce reports on AV usage, visitors and query trends.
• Contribute to automation, workflow and service improvement initiatives.

Project and Change Support

• Support AV and IT projects, including deployments, refreshes and upgrades.
• Assist with testing, rollout readiness and post-implementation support.
