2027 Summer Internship Program - Group Data Management Office (GDMO)

Are you passionate about finance and data management but unsure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We are looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within the Group Data Management Office (GDMO).

What You Will Do

As part of the GDMO, you will help embed a data management culture within the firm by advocating for its strategy and proactively challenging how the organization uses data. Your responsibilities will include helping you to:

• Learn data management concepts such as Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, and Data Taxonomies.
• Understand, document, and optimize how business divisions and functions across the firm govern their critical data in line with the data management framework.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and observations.
• Understand business requirements and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and product owners to advise on solutions.
• Establish strong working relationships with business and Technology stakeholders across the firm.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is set to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Maintains a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Possesses values aligned with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to thrive in a business environment marked by high demands and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Can articulate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
