  • Manage leaver processes, including resignation, dismissal, and fixed-term contract administration.
  • Support payroll activities and act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
  • Administer employee benefits, including pensions, benefits renewals, and related employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems and personnel files are kept up to date.
  • Produce regular HR reports and management information to support business decision-making.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to People Team projects and provide administrative support across HR and Employee Relations activities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Solid administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise workloads, and maintain effective systems and processes.

  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiencies.
  • Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality, as the role involves handling sensitive information and personal data.
  • Professional and approachable, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A confident communicator, able to engage comfortably and credibly with colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Commercially aware.
