About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Retail Intern with a passion for luxury to support our store operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and retail administration.

During the internship, you will gain practical experience in luxury retail sales, inventory management, administrative support, and special projects such as in-store activation events.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, provide product recommendations, and assist with sales transactions.
• Support store operations by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, organising displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
• Inform customers about promotions, sign them up for newsletters, and assist with closing sales.
• Assist with inventory counts, track stock levels, and support the receiving of new deliveries.
• Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Support visual merchandising by setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and assisting with store layout planning.
• Support campaigns, in-store livestreaming sessions, in-store events, and online store-related activities.
• Learn from and support the retail management team with daily tasks and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This is a six-month internship.
• Ability to work weekends and selected public holidays on a roster basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and positively with customers and team members.
• A strong customer service orientation and focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and learn.
• Organised and able to manage tasks effectively in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
