Job Role: Luxury Livestream Host

Carousell Luxury is seeking confident and engaging Luxury Livestream Hosts to support our live sales sessions. This role is ideal for an individual who has a passion for luxury fashion, is comfortable presenting on camera, and excels at creating a dynamic and engaging shopping experience for viewers.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sessions to showcase luxury products, including bags, accessories, and other curated items.
• Present products confidently, providing accurate details on brand, model, condition, pricing, promotions, and key selling points.
• Engage viewers actively during livestreams by answering questions, generating excitement, and encouraging purchase conversions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Merchandising teams to prepare product lineups, talking points, pricing data, and campaign mechanics.
• Support product storytelling by highlighting craftsmanship, styling potential, rarity, value, and suitability for various customer needs.
• Maintain a professional and trustworthy shopping experience that aligns with Carousell Luxury’s brand standards.
• Assist customers with product inquiries both before, during, and after livestream sessions.
• Support short-form content creation or social commerce activities to assist with livestream promotion when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated comfort in speaking on camera and engaging effectively with live audiences.
• Possess a confident, energetic demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion, encompassing items such as bags, watches, accessories, or premium retail goods.
• Highly customer-oriented, sales-driven, and skilled at building rapport and trust with viewers and clients.
• Ability to describe products in a manner that is engaging, highly accurate, and persuasive.
• Prior experience in livestream selling, luxury retail, fashion retail, social commerce, or customer-facing sales is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with luxury brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, or similar high-end brands is beneficial.
