Job Description

• Support the growth and performance of the online store in line with monthly KPIs.
• Assist the e-commerce operations team with onboarding activities to achieve online sales targets, including:
  • Shooting and measuring merchandise.
  • Editing and uploading products.
  • Fulfilling orders.
  • Managing warehouse operations.
• Work closely with the Malaysia e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth delivery and logistics.
• Record feedback accurately and escalate issues promptly to the relevant teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative.
• Available to commit to full-time work for six to seven months from December 2026 or January 2027.
