WTW is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Indemnities Project Support professional to join its team. This role will support the delivery of legal indemnity insurance projects by coordinating activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong project coordination, administration, or insurance support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role may expand to include broking responsibilities, providing a potential career path into legal indemnity broking.

The Role

• Support projects by handling key process requirements in a compliant manner, including client onboarding, preparation of key documentation, invoicing, and policy follow-up.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support the preparation, review, and management of client and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports to ensure project milestones are met.
• Liaise with brokers, insurers, legal professionals, and internal teams to facilitate efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Support data gathering, analysis, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
