Part-time Customer Service Assistant

What this job involves

• Provide high-standard customer service to visitors and tenants in a cultural and creative mall
• Greet customers at the start of the day
• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and phone calls at the Information Counter and via the CS email account
• Settle complaints and manage sudden incidents
• Support in-mall activities, including exhibition events
• Perform store inspections on all floors and record information in the daily patrol form
• Issue signage/directory, notices, and work orders
• Handle redemption

Desired experience and technical skills required

• Diploma or above in hospitality management, facilities management, or related disciplines
• 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in frontline customer interaction, mall, or hotel concierge experience
• Pleasant, polite, customer-oriented attitude with good communication skills and manners
• Fresh graduates with some part-time experience in customer service are welcomed
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
