Job Description and Responsibilities

• Coordinate volunteering activities and sustainability programmes, mainly for the Hong Kong SAR office.
• Assist with data collection for activities and provide logistical support for meetings, presentations, seminars, trainings, and payments, mainly for the Hong Kong SAR office.
• Support other CS team members in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong SAR for fundraisers, events, research, and other strategic initiatives as required.
• Support CS communication materials as required.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding CS promptly and professionally.

Reporting to: PwC Corporate Sustainability Manager & Consultant

Requirements

Personal Attributes Required

• Passionate for and committed to sustainability.
• Motivated, with strong time and project management skills to work on multiple tasks.
• A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and careful with data and figures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Student who can work at least 3 days a week; 3–6 months on the job is preferred (minimum 3 months).
• Basic knowledge and/or experience in ESG/charities/NGO is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken communication in English and Mandarin.
• Proven PC skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong logistics skills, detail-minded approach, and good interpersonal communication skills desired.
