Responsibilities

• Manage and assist in the execution of investment banking deals and transactions.
• Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and detailed industry research.
• Contribute to team discussions and client meetings.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBA or J.D. student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• At least two to three years of work experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, provide complex financial analysis, and develop appropriate corporate finance solutions.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Compensation

The expected base pay rate for the role will be $175,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include discretionary bonuses and other Morgan Stanley-sponsored benefit programs.
