Intern — Talent and Transformation (People & Investments)

Marsh is seeking a talented Intern to join its Talent and Transformation team within the People and Investments business. This role is based in Singapore and is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

As an Intern in the Talent and Transformation team, you will support consulting projects and help translate data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

We will count on you to:

• Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
• Create well-researched deliverables.
• Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.

What you need to have:

• Be a current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources. Candidates from other backgrounds with an interest in HR consulting are welcome to apply.
• Be available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from May 2027.
• Have a passion for learning about various areas of HR.
