Off-cycle Intern – Investment Banking

As an Off-cycle Intern in our Investment Banking division, you will have a varied working day that includes valuation and modeling, performing analysis of companies and industries, and preparing pitches and investor materials for various projects. The internship period is from January to June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to gather industry-level and company-specific data.
• Prepare pitchbooks and company profiles.
• Prepare analysis, including detailed financial modeling and business evaluations.
• Assist full-time staff in drafting transaction documents.
• Assist full-time staff with liaising with clients, as and when required.
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required by senior management.

Qualifications

• Be in the third year of study.
• GPA of 3.7 and above (SMU); GPA of 4.5 and above (NTU, NUS).
• Keen interest in understanding key industry trends and important drivers of the Energy, Offshore, and Shipping sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial terms and concepts.
• Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
