Job Description

Work at our partner stores (multiple locations).

• Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in the store or through online channels.
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties.
• Pick, pack, and prepare devices (phones and other electronics) for sale.
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Support other operational requirements as determined by the store manager.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.
• Retail experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
