Transfer Pricing Consultant

The Transfer Pricing Consultant will work closely within the Transfer Pricing team at Forvis Mazars.

How You Will Contribute

• Perform financial, industry, and economic analyses and research
• Assist in evaluating tangible property, services, and financial transactions for companies across a range of industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Financial Services
• Assist in providing pricing consultation that complies with U.S. and international tax regulations and promotes tax efficiency
• Analyze clients’ industry trends, value drivers, and economic risks
• Research and develop in-depth knowledge of valuation, economic and transfer pricing guidelines, and applicable legislation, rules, and regulations
• Assist with interviews to analyze clients’ functions, assets, and risks, as well as the industries in which they operate
• Prepare documentation and perform quality control of work product
• Assist with project management across a variety of engagements
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal client relationships
• Assist in preparing proposals and project budgets
• Keep engagement leadership informed of progress and timelines
• Deliver Forvis Mazars’ commitment to an unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• Understanding of basic economic and business principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel in the U.S. and potentially to foreign locations
• A valid driver’s license may be required for travel

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall)
