About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, highly organized, and analytical Event Producer to support our Executive Producer and Project Manager in all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered across the region.

To support the development of scalable experiences, the Junior Producer will research and periodically implement new venues and solutions that could enhance Fever’s experiences.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event and/or theatrical productions and is passionate about delivering results and producing fun, entertaining experiences for all audiences. Strong communication skills are critical to success. You should be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Work model: Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday, with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.

Contract: 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension into a full-time role depending on business needs.

Location: London.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Support the wider Fever Originals team in developing new events, implementing new production formats, and ensuring Fever remains up to date with emerging technologies and solutions that enhance Fever’s experiences.
  • Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule.
  • Assess and manage budgets of different scales, working with project managers.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables.

Qualifications

You have a track record of successfully producing events with strong data analysis and oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.

This role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. • Curious and eager to learn—willing to push boundaries, try new concepts, and pick up new skills quickly.
  • Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent, working collaboratively and willing to be hands-on.
  • Ability to think strategically when faced with an event brief.
  • Collaborative and willing to take on all required event tasks.
  • Experience in virtual events, outdoor events and/or large-scale events is a plus.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.
