2027 Summer Internship Program — Global Wealth Management (London)

Your role

Join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business. You’ll collaborate with different teams on strategic projects to improve the client experience and drive engagement, and build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy—learning how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients.

You’ll also develop professionally through a network of mentors and business contacts, attend educational events led by senior leaders, and gain extensive exposure and insight into the business.

Your team

You’ll work in Global Wealth Management in London, providing advice-based solutions through products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. UBS has built the number one wealth management franchise in the world, and you’ll work with top talent to help manage, preserve, and grow clients’ wealth.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• is in their penultimate or final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate/bachelor’s degree
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

We welcome all majors, but you should have an interest in the financial industry. Share what makes you unique and how your achievements reflect the skills we’re seeking—such as organizing a fundraising event, participating in team sports, or stepping out of your comfort zone to learn a challenging subject.
