Traineeship Overview

The traineeship focuses on supporting operations through structured data management and analysis. You will compile, clean, and enter large datasets using tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the goal of simplifying data structures for easier access and interpretation.

A key component of the project is using Tableau to analyze productivity metrics and improve the visualization of operational data. This includes redesigning dashboards and enhancing the current data framework to support more efficient reporting and decision-making.

One of the main challenges you will address is inconsistent data formats and missing information across multiple sources. This will require careful validation and standardization to ensure accuracy and reliability.
