Summary of Role

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking highly skilled and motivated Engineering WSDegree interns to become part of our state-of-the-art factory.

Essential Responsibilities

• Gain experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of wafer fabrication processes and equipment functionality.
• Learn concepts including Statistical Process Control, Equipment Fault Detection Classification, equipment control systems, and metrology.
• Acquire problem-solving skills.
• Discuss with a mentor to define the FYP project, including scope and required resources.
• The FYP will relate to what has been learned or acquired from Block 2, but with a higher level of challenge.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE)/Material Science/Information Technology/Data Science/Chemical and Artificial Intelligence, or any related disciplines.
