Our mission is to provide globally inspired, locally sourced, and nutritionally balanced meals to the firm’s leadership and their clients. Our à la carte menus change monthly to highlight the season, while our Partners Dining Buffet menu changes daily to capture the best the market has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Work respectfully within a diverse team environment
• Prepare food to guest specifications in a timely manner
• Follow recipes and prepare foods with precision
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area
• Cook using a wide variety of foods and both modern and classical cooking techniques
• Work with cutlery in a proficient, safe, and efficient manner
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Use the computer system to read and manage all orders
• Prepare and present foods for meal service in a timely basis
• Properly handle and store all types of products
• Be able to stand for up to ten hours in a kitchen environment
• Follow directions and maintain a respectful relationship with managers
• Work flexible hours
• Carry items up to 25 lbs

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate or 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Ability to adhere to NYC Sanitation Code policies
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
